The Problem This Solves
Inspection reports are long, and length reads as severity. A forty-page report with sixty findings can describe a sound house that needs a little caulk and a downspout extension, or it can describe a house with a real structural problem buried on page twenty-eight. Most buyers cannot tell which one they are holding.
How It Works
Send the report over and I will review it and walk through it with you: what each significant finding means, which items are routine for a house of that age and construction, which items warrant a specialist's opinion before you commit, and what questions are worth asking the seller or the original inspector.
